• Comprehensive Tracking System: Provides real-time, detailed package tracking information.

Minor Differences:

• Effective Regions: DHL's network in Europe and Asia is generally considered more advantageous; while FedEx has a strong presence in its home region, the Americas.
• Product Lines: Both companies offer services with varying delivery times and prices, such as "next-day delivery" and "economy" options. Specific advantageous routes need to be checked based on available information.

2. Air vs. Sea

Air Freight

• Advantages: Speed. It is the fastest mode of transportation besides express delivery.
• Disadvantages: Price and Capacity. Shipping is expensive and has restrictions on the size and weight of goods (although less stringent than express delivery).
• Process: You usually need to deliver your goods to the airport cargo terminal or entrust a freight forwarder to arrange "door-to-door" air freight service (air freight + truck transport).

Sea Freight

• Advantages: Cost and capacity. It is the most economical mode of transportation and can transport goods of almost any size and weight, from a single machine to equipment for an entire factory.
• Disadvantages: Time. The transit time is very long and greatly affected by weather and port congestion.
• Process: Generally divided into:
• FCL: Full Container Load (FCL), your goods fill an entire container.
• LCL: Less than Container Load (LCL), your goods are less than a full container and share a container with other companies' goods.
